Shopify order support

Use a Shopify order tracking chatbot for “where is my order?” questions

Order-status questions are structured enough to automate, but the answer must come from live store data rather than a guessed delivery promise. Farnsla verifies the customer's email before returning order status and tracking information.

What a safe order lookup should do

Ask the customer for the email associated with the order, match it to Shopify order data, and return only the available fulfillment status and tracking details. If the email cannot be verified or the order needs intervention, move the conversation to human follow-up.

What the customer can receive

A useful answer can show whether an order is unfulfilled, in progress, fulfilled, or tracked, together with the carrier or tracking link when Shopify has that information. The chatbot should clearly say when no tracking event is available yet.

Where automation should stop

An order lookup is not permission to change an order. Refunds, cancellations, address changes, damaged items, and delivery disputes should be handed to a person with the saved conversation so the team can review the request.

How to test the workflow

Test a fulfilled order with tracking, an unfulfilled order, an incorrect email, an order without tracking, and a request to cancel. Confirm that each response shows only the expected information and that sensitive data is not exposed.
