Wat de huidige Shopify-setup van Farnsla merchants vraagt te doen
In Farnsla's Shopify setup page, gebruik Thema-editor openen. In Shopify Thema-editor, open App-embeds, turn on Farnsla AI Chat Widget, and click Opslaan.
For Farnsla's embedded Shopify flow, no. The current setup uses a Shopify theme app extension / app embed flow, so activation happens from the Thema-editor rather than by manually editing theme files.
- Confirm the Farnsla AI Chat Widget app embed is turned on in the correct theme.
- Click Opslaan in the Thema-editor after enabling it.
- Refresh the storefront and send a test message.
In the Shopify ingebedde app, open Setup openen and gebruik the Instructies en kennisbank section. That is where Farnsla currently stores the chatbot instructions, FAQ content, beleid, and brand details.

Hoe de ingebedde Shopify-pagina's momenteel werken
The embedded pages need Shopify context such as the shop and host values. If that context is missing, Farnsla cannot complete embedded actions reliably, so the page asks you to reopen it from Shopify Admin.
Farnsla's embedded Shopify pages gebruik session-token based requests. Shopify's docs say ingebedde apps should gebruik session tokens, and embedded pages should gebruik the latest App Bridge.

Farnsla builds a Shopify Thema-editor URL for the current winkel and opens the editor in the apps context with the app embed selected, so you can enable the widget and save the theme.
Ja. Shopify App Bridge is built for apps that render inside the Shopify admin surface, and Farnsla's Shopify pages load with App Bridge metadata and embedded redirects for admin workflows.

Wat merchants kunnen verwachten van plangoedkeuring en support
Farnsla starts the abonnement flow from the ingebedde app, then redirects you to Shopify's approval screen. After approval, you are returned to the pricing or facturering flow inside the app.
Gebruik Farnsla's Shopify Overzicht and Facturering pages. The current app surfaces show usage, resterende credits, and abonnement status from inside the Shopify embedded experience.
