Confirm the Farnsla AI Chat Widget app embed is turned on in the correct theme.

The embedded pages need Shopify context such as the shop and host values. If that context is missing, Farnsla cannot complete embedded actions reliably, so the page asks you to reopen it from Shopify Admin.

How are embedded Shopify requests authenticated?

Farnsla's embedded Shopify pages utilisation session-token based requests. Shopify's docs say app intégrées should utilisation session tokens, and embedded pages should utilisation the latest App Bridge.
