Vous êtes responsable des informations de votre boutique, politiques, FAQ, données produit, avis clients et de la manière dont vous utilisez Farnsla avec vos clients. Les réponses IA peuvent être inexactes ou incomplètes ; vous devez donc vérifier votre configuration et surveiller les conversations lorsque c'est approprié. En créant un compte, en installant, accédant ou utilisant le site, les applications, intégrations, chatbot, tableau de bord ou services associés de Farnsla (les "Services"), vous acceptez ces Conditions d'utilisation. Vous êtes responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your compte. You must keep compte, boutique, facturation, and contact informations accurate and current. You agree to notify us promptly at hello@farnsla.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Vous êtes responsible for your boutique, your client relationships, and your legal obligations. This includes ensuring that your privacy politique, cookie notices, client notices, and consent flows accurately describe your utilisation of Farnsla where required by law or platform rules.
Vous êtes responsible for the accuracy of the boutique content, FAQ, politiques, product informations, instructions, and other materials you provide or make available to Farnsla. You must not utilisation Farnsla to mislead clients, send spam, collect informations unlawfully, or process sensitive personal informations unless you have the right to do so.
Farnsla uses artificial intelligence to generate or assist with responses. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular client situation.
Vous êtes responsible for configuring your chatbot, providing accurate politiques and boutique informations, reviewing conversations where appropriate, and deciding whether réponses IA are suitable for your business. Farnsla ne guarantee that every AI response will be correct or that it will resolve every client request.
You must not utilisation Farnsla as the sole source of professional medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or regulated advice.
You agree not to:
Farnsla may integrate with third-party platforms and services such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, e-mail providers, and AI service providers. Your utilisation of those platforms and services may be governed by their own conditions and politiques.
We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, API changes, permission changes, facturation systems, app review decisions, or other third-party decisions that affect Farnsla's availability or functionality.

Si vous are a marchand using Farnsla to process client données, additional données processing conditions may apply. Where required, Farnsla processes marchand client données on behalf of the marchand to provide the enabled features of the Services.
Some Farnsla features are gratuit, and others require a payant souscription or usage-based crédits. Actuel plan details, message limits, top-up credit rules, and pricing are shown on the pricing page, platform listing, checkout page, or inside the app.
Unless stated otherwise, only client or messages utilisateur count toward mensuel quota de messagess; AI-generated replies ne count. Mensuel plan crédits reset each facturation cycle. Additional top-up crédits may be subject to separate rules shown at purchase.

Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next facturation cycle depending on the platform, plan, and facturation flow. For ecommerce marketplace facturation, upgrades are generally intended to take effect promptly, while downgrades may be scheduled for the next facturation cycle where supported.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Farnsla ne by itself create a new entitlement or refund obligation. Your plan access is tied to the applicable souscription, facturation authorization, or compte record rather than only the installation state.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, required by the facturation platform, or expressly stated at purchase. You remain responsible for outstanding charges incurred before cancellation, termination, or uninstall.
Farnsla and its licensors own the Services, software, visual interfaces, branding, designs, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilisation the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Conditions.
You retain ownership of your boutique content, chatbot instructions, client communications, and other materials you provide to the Services. You grant Farnsla the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and utilisation that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farnsla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost données, business interruption, or reputational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farnsla's total liability for claims arising from or related to the Services or these Conditions is limited to the amount you payant Farnsla for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Farnsla from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your utilisation of the Services, your boutique content, your client communications, your violation of these Conditions, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
