A Farnsla fornece ferramentas de chatbot com IA para lojas de ecommerce. O serviço pode ajudar a responder perguntas de clientes, recomendar produtos, coletar e-mails para acompanhamento, manter histórico de conversas, mostrar análises e, quando ativado, auxiliar com perguntas relacionadas a pedidos.
Você é responsável pelas informações da sua loja, políticas, FAQs, dados de produtos, avisos aos clientes e pela forma como usa a Farnsla com seus clientes. Respostas de IA podem ser imprecisas ou incompletas, portanto revise sua configuração e monitore conversas quando apropriado. Estes Termos explicam seus direitos, responsabilidades, obrigações de pagamento e os limites da nossa responsabilidade.
Ao criar uma conta, instalar, acessar ou usar o site, aplicativos, integrações, chatbot, painel ou serviços relacionados da Farnsla (os "Serviços"), você concorda com estes Termos de Uso. Se usar os Serviços em nome de uma empresa ou organização, declara ter autoridade para vincular essa organização a estes Termos. Se não concordar, não deve usar os Serviços.

Você é responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your conta. You must keep conta, loja, cobrança, and contact informações accurate and current. You agree to notify us promptly at hello@farnsla.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Você é responsible for your loja, your cliente relationships, and your legal obligations. This includes ensuring that your privacy política, cookie notices, cliente notices, and consent flows accurately describe your uso of Farnsla where required by law or platform rules.
Você é responsible for the accuracy of the loja content, FAQs, políticas, product informações, instructions, and other materials you provide or make available to Farnsla. You must not uso Farnsla to mislead clientes, send spam, collect informações unlawfully, or process sensitive personal informações unless you have the right to do so.
Farnsla uses artificial intelligence to generate or assist with responses. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular cliente situation.
Você é responsible for configuring your chatbot, providing accurate políticas and loja informações, reviewing conversas where appropriate, and deciding whether respostas da IA are suitable for your business. Farnsla não guarantee that every AI response will be correct or that it will resolve every cliente request.
You must not uso Farnsla as the sole source of professional medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or regulated advice.

Farnsla may integrate with third-party platforms and serviços such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, e-mail providers, and AI service providers. Your uso of those platforms and serviços may be governed by their own termos and políticas.
We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, API changes, permission changes, cobrança systems, app review decisions, or other third-party decisions that affect Farnsla's availability or functionality.

Se você are a lojista using Farnsla to process cliente dados, additional dados processing termos may apply. Where required, Farnsla processes lojista cliente dados on behalf of the lojista to provide the enabled features of the Serviços.
Some Farnsla features are gratuito, and others require a pago assinatura or usage-based créditos. Atual plano details, message limits, top-up credit rules, and pricing are shown on the pricing page, platform listing, checkout page, or inside the app.
Unless stated otherwise, only cliente or mensagens de usuário count toward mensal cota de mensagenss; AI-generated replies não count. Mensal plano créditos reset each cobrança cycle. Additional top-up créditos may be subject to separate rules shown at purchase.
Se você uso Farnsla through a platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Wix, charges may be billed through that platform and may be subject to that platform's cobrança termos. Podemos suspend, limit, or downgrade pago features if payment fails, required cobrança authorization is removed, or your assinatura is canceled.
Plano changes may take effect immediately or at the next cobrança cycle depending on the platform, plano, and cobrança flow. For ecommerce marketplace cobrança, upgrades are generally intended to take effect promptly, while downgrades may be scheduled for the next cobrança cycle where supported.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Farnsla não by itself create a new entitlement or refund obligation. Your plano access is tied to the applicable assinatura, cobrança authorization, or conta record rather than only the installation state.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, required by the cobrança platform, or expressly stated at purchase. You remain responsible for outstanding charges incurred before cancellation, termination, or uninstall.
Farnsla and its licensors own the Serviços, software, visual interfaces, branding, designs, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to uso the Serviços for your internal business purposes, subject to these Termos.
You retain ownership of your loja content, chatbot instructions, cliente communications, and other materials you provide to the Serviços. You grant Farnsla the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and uso that content to provide, secure, suporte, and improve the Serviços.
Se você provide feedback or suggestions, we may uso them without restriction or obligation to you.
Podemos suspend or terminate access to the Serviços if you violate these Termos, create segurança or legal risk, fail to pay required fees, misuse the Serviços, or if required by a platform, law, or third-party provider. You may stop using the Serviços, uninstall the app, or request conta deletion at any time.
If your conta is terminated or you uninstall Farnsla, access to the Serviços may end immediately. The Serviços are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farnsla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost dados, business interruption, or reputational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farnsla's total liability for claims arising from or related to the Serviços or these Termos is limited to the amount you pago Farnsla for the Serviços in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Farnsla from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your uso of the Serviços, your loja content, your cliente communications, your violation of these Termos, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
Podemos update these Termos from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued uso of the Serviços after updated Termos become effective means you accept the updated Termos.
These Termos are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Termos or the Serviços will be handled by the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires a different forum or process.
