This Privacidad & Data Protection Policy explains how Farnsla ("Farnsla," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our website, applications, integrations, chatbot, panel, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Farnsla uses data to provide, secure, soporte, and improve the chatbot service. For merchant customer data processed through a merchant's tienda, the merchant is generally the controller/business and Farnsla acts as a processor/service provider, processing the data on the merchant's behalf to provide the enabled features.
For merchant account data, website visitor data, facturación/soporte data, and service security data, Farnsla may act as an independent controller/business.

Platforms such as Shopify may show broad permission categories because of how platform access works. Farnsla uses platform permissions only to provide enabled features such as chatbot display, product recomendaciones, historial de conversaciones, correo seguimiento, analytics, and order-related soporte. Farnsla may use AI service providers to generate chatbot responses, classify customer questions, summarize conversaciones, or improve soporte workflows. Depending on the enabled features, prompts sent to AI systems may include merchant instructions, preguntas frecuentes, políticas, product information, mensajes de clientes, and limited order-related context needed to answer the customer's request.
We no intentionally send more Personal Data to AI systems than is necessary to provide the enabled feature. We no use merchant customer Personal Data for unrelated advertising or resale.

We no use Personal Data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals as part of our Services.
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to provide and maintain the Services, meet legal, accounting, or compliance requirements, and protect the security and integrity of the Services. When Personal Data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to legal and operational constraints.
If a Merchant uninstalls the app or deletes their account, we start a deletion process for data related to that Merchant and the use of the Services. We aim to delete all related Personal Data within 30 to 60 days from the uninstall/account deletion date, unless we must retain limited information longer for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.

For Shopify merchants, Farnsla is designed to respond to Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks, including customer data requests, customer redaction requests, and shop redaction requests, where applicable. These webhooks help us process privacy and deletion requests connected to Shopify stores.
Some platform features may require access to customer or order-related data. Farnsla requests access only to the data needed to provide enabled features, such as product recomendaciones, historial de chat, correo seguimiento, and order-related help.
We aim to limit staff access to protected customer data, use access controls, and process customer data only for the purposes described in this Policy.

Depending on your location and relationship with Farnsla, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing of Personal Data. You may also opt out of marketing communications.
To submit a privacy request, correo hello@farnsla.com with the subject line: Privacidad Request. We may ask for verification to protect against unauthorized requests. We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within 30 days, unless a different period applies under applicable law. If we need more time, we will let you know where required.
If you are located in a jurisdiction with a privacy regulator, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with that regulator. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
Merchants using Farnsla should update their own privacy políticas or customer notices to explain that an AI chatbot may be used on the storefront, that chat mensajes may be processed to answer questions, that correo electrónicoes may be collected for seguimiento, and that limited order information may be used where order-help features are enabled.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13, and we no knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
